A magical day of nature exploring, mindfulness, yoga and creative wellbeing activities for children ages 7-12. Led by the wonderful and experienced practioner, Jess, at The Sea Within, and based in the rewilding landscape of Sunart Fields.

10-3pm on 26th and 27th August.
